My name is Saera and I live and work in Stoke Poges Buckinghamshire which is located approx. 40 minutes outside of West London  

 

I have always been creative and enjoyed beautiful things. Home is important to me as it's not just about our possessions but about a feeling and atmosphere.  I am terribly sentimental, love colour and will refer to statement pieces of furniture as "room jewellery".

I have a complete passion for up-cycling, repairing, refinishing, reimagining and re-loving furniture, lamps, mirrors and more, giving New Life in Old. Nothing gives me more pleasure than saving tired dated pieces which more often than not are of such high quality and can be hiding a beautiful woodgrain underneath years of varnish. What could be better than transforming them into new treasures that can give many more years of joy. Whether it's a simple update or a statement piece for your home, I'm happy to explore possibilities.
