Delivery

If you are local to Stoke Poges, I will be very happy to deliver to you personally for a small fee - please get in touch to arrange this.

 

Alternately I also offer nationwide delivery to mainland UK using my trusted couriers. Delivery will usually take between 1-2 weeks from purchase and will be delivered using a one man delivery service to a ground floor location, so therefore help will be needed to unload on delivery. If you require a 2 man service then please let me know and I will get an accurate quote. 

Delivery usually costs approx. £65 for a one man delivery service (depending on location and the size of the piece) but this will be confirmed once I have your delivery address.

Items will be fully bubble wrapped  with additional card for extra protection so your piece arrives to you in perfect condition.

Please ensure the furniture is unwrapped whilst the courier is present to check for any damage and report it to the courier immediately.

If you prefer you are welcome to organise your own collection.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

 

 

 

There is a 14 day cooling off period in line with distance selling regulations.  Please contact me with in 48 hours to arrange a refund.  I ask that you measure your space to ensure that items are suitable before purchasing.

 

The buyer is responsible for all return courier charges. The returning item must be wrapped and protected to the same standard as it was shipped to you to prevent damage in transit. It needs to be returned using a specialist furniture courier company.

Please note that tailored and customised items do not fall within these guidelines and are non refundable
